Bella arrives at First getting ready location.
11:00 am - Getting Ready
Note: Ideally by the time we arrive, hair and make-up is already wrapping up. If something is going to delay the beginning of the day, it’s often Hair & make-up. Please keep the room as clean as possible so time isn't spent cleaning instead of taking photos.

The first look takes place.
2:00pm First Look
I need about 8 minutes to scout the location and pick your entry directions according to logistics and good light. I'll also communicate with each of you what to do, what to expect. My message to all couples is to take in the moment and there's no rush. I'll be ready to move on when you say you're ready. Note: The First Look can take place at the getting ready location, ceremony, or reception location. It’s up to you! We’re happy to make recommendations based on light and what will photograph best (less crowds, pretty backgrounds). You can also do a first look with your wedding party and your parents. It's your day
Wedding Party portraits.
2:30pm - Portraits
This should take about 10-20 minutes depending on the location and how creative you want these to get. The more time I have, the more creative I can be. Please note that travel time buffer should always be included in your schedule. Add 20 minutes every time you have to get into a car as it's never as quick as it seems.
Family portraits.
3:30pm Family Portraits
Note: We do family portraits right after the ceremony because everyone you need will be easy to grab. If you can give your family notice that we’ll be taking pictures immediately after the ceremony, that will also ensure that no one wanders off. We’ll help you create a list of family portraits before the big day. I always ask for 1-2 vocal photo helpers to call out family members and round them up. This will take a lot of pressure off you. Since I don't know your uncle's 3rd cousin, I unfortunately can't identify if people are all present. I suggest planning for 3-8 minutes per grouping depending on the size.
Additional Wedding Party and Couple Portraits
4:00pm Portraits
Note: Depending on what was taken before the ceremony, we might grab 1 or 2 more full bridal party shots. At the very least, we’ll grab a few shots of you at the ceremony site.
Insert travel time here if needed to get to reception location.
Sunset Portraits
6:00pm Sunset Portraits
Depending on the time of year your wedding is, this time will change. We'll finalize it when planning your day. I will scope out the location for your sunset photos for about 15 minutes including setup and then grab you two so you won't have to spend much time away from the party. The more time I'm given, the more creative I can get.
